Making It Right: Our Return Promise

Our Commitment

  • At "Man, I Love Frenchies," we strive to deliver high-quality, custom products. We understand that issues may arise, and we're here to resolve them efficiently.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Returns due to buyer's remorse or size exchanges are not supported, except for customers residing in Brazil, under specific conditions outlined below.

Process for Handling Returns

  • Please contact us at before returning any products. We'll guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth process.
  • The return address is set by default to our partner facility (Printful). You'll be notified via email upon receipt of the returned shipment. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Specific Conditions

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be covered by the customer after confirming an updated address.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Sealed Goods: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as hats, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Notification for EU Consumers

  • The right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and for sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Customer Service for Brazilian Customers

  • Brazilian customers wishing to return a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt, providing a picture of the item. The request will be evaluated to ensure the product wasn't used or damaged.

Governing Law

  • This Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, regardless of any translations made.
